Two real estate sources told Jose Lambiet's Gossip Extra that the world's richest man is in the process of buying his entire street after spending the last three winters at his ranch at 3155 Mallet Hill Court.
Gates has contracts on two of his neighbors’ properties that close by the end of the month and is negotiating for three vacant lots, the report said. The shopping spree could cost Gates about $30 million.
