Pizza delivery man says police violated his rights during traffic stop
BLADENSBURG, Md. (WUSA9) -- A pizza delivery driver, who was stopped by a Bladensburg police officer, says his civil rights were violated.
Christopher Jeffries was on his way to deliver a pizza on a Saturday evening in January when the officer stopped him. He said during the traffic stop, the officer had his gun drawn and pointed at him when he walked up.
He recorded some of the traffic stop on his cell phone and posted it to YouTube.
In the video, you can hear the officer yelling at Jeffries to roll down his window. When Jeffries replies that it is down, the officer asks again and adds, "It's going to go from bad to real bad."

Failure to stop in a timely manner, more concerned about recording video than obeying instructions, fails to roll down window after repeatedly being asked, driving without registration.
Don't want this kind of confrontation? Then first off, you have to be driving a legally registered vehicle, then don't violate whatever traffic ordinance he violated, then stop when the police attempt to pull you over.
Missing too much information of what he didn't do before he started rolling video. Nothing here out of line.

5:50 if you had listened he said he was on a freeway and looking for a safe place to pull over. According to you he should stop and put his and the officers life in jeopardy rather than pull over in a safe spot! Further more the officer was giving him conflicting instructions about his license, registration and phone. When a gun is pointed at you the last thing you want to do is make any sudden movement. That officer was off the hook from the start!
There's no law that says you have to roll your window down more than just enough to pass your license and registration to the officer. On the other hand " HE DOES HAVE TO STATE HIS REASON FOR PULLING YOU OVER"!!!!! It's called "PROVABLE CAUSE", without it he has no AUTHORITY to pull you over or ask you for " PAPERS ", (your license).
It would have been so simple if he would have listened to the officer. He didn't have a registration , maybe a stolen vehicle.
This is P.G. county , notorious for crime and black against white officers. I would have pulled my weapon in this area also , I would also have made him an example .
If he had rolled his window down , he wouldn't have to yell.
pepper spray would have done the job . Break the window , open the door , eat the pizza .

And then all the good cops wonder why citizens will sometimes just shoot first before before answering any questions. I do believe some citizens truly fear for their lives when stopped by police exhibiting this type of behavior.
8:35, is that the best you can do. Make fun of someone because they mistakenly typed the wrong key that just happened to be next to the correct key. Do you feel that much better now that it was worth you calling out someone's failures. I'll bet you were and probably still are a bully. Do the world a favor and start to call-out the good in people before blasting them for their failures. You might find you feel better for doing so than the short lived pleasure you had for pointing our their failures.

and you would be sitting in prison like that other 'john wayne' cop. contrary to some beliefs, police have to obey the law too.
