Christopher Smith
Incident: Assault

Suspect: Christopher Lee Smith, 9-10-87 White Male Salisbury MD
Narrative: On 12 January 2016 at 10:25 PM a deputy arrested Christopher Lee Smith in connection with a domestic related assault that took place at a residence. During this incident, it was alleged that Smith became irate with his girlfriend who he resides with and a physical altercation ensued.
Upon arrest the deputy transported Smith to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree

Lamar Jones

Location: Mount Hermon Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Lamar S. Jones, 11-28-81 A/A Male Salisbury MD
Narrative: On 13 January 2016 at 5:32 PM a deputy arrested Lamar S. Jones in connection with an assault that took place at a residence on Mount Hermon Road, Salisbury MD. During this incident, it was alleged that Lamar Jones became irate with the victim and placed a box cutter to her throat. Deputies observed minor injuries to the victim and arrested the Lamar S. Jones.
Upon arrest the deputy transported Smith to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner.
Charges: 1st Degree Assault, Assault 2nd Degree and Reckless Endangerment.

Kenneth Marshall
Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 8 January 2016
Location: Kowen Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kenneth Eric Marshall, 6-12-64 White Male Salisbury MD
Narrative: On 8 January 2016 at 1:38 PM a deputy arrested Kenneth Eric Marshal in connection with an assault that took place at a residence on Kowen Ave. During this incident, it was alleged that Marshal became irate with the victims and brandished a shotgun during the incident.
Upon arrest the deputy transported Smith to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner.
Charges: 1st Degree Assault (3 counts), Assault 2nd Degree (3 counts), Reckless Endangerment (3 counts), Use of firearm in the commission of a felony and Fail to obey a lawful order
 

Jayson Tawes

Narrative: On 13 January 2016 at 8:10 PM a deputy arrested Jayson P. Tawes in connection with a domestic related assault that took place at a residence. During this incident, it was alleged that Tawes became irate with his girlfriend who he resides with and a physical altercation ensued.
Upon arrest the deputy transported Tawes to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner.
