Spike Lee is one of this country's biggest racists. He continuously makes movies that spread hate towards white people by making them the reason why blacks live day to day like they do.
Boycotting the academy? Like that's going to be effective to do what?
I didn't realize voting was a black white thing.
If your good you are white? Is that the way it is ? Yes , in the real world.
So even when your rich and black you still need to play the race card. I guess this is what you get with 8 years of Obama.
I hope not. They are the very ones that put Obama in the White House, we don't need any more of that.
They already announced massive overhauls to the board and voting requirements because of this so called "boycott". Trust that next year the nominations will be majority black, deserved or not. Might as well shut it down, and let this be the last year. Will be the affirmative action awards from now on.

To be honest the movies they put out SUCK. Their humor, wording, and mannerisms aren't appealing. They should go by how much money a movie makes as to who wins.
Today I will begin my boycott of the NBA and the NFL because both leagues have enough black Americans to make a Tarzan movie. Funny that is never discussed by Sharpton,Jackson, et al.

Charlotte Rampling said something very compelling. She said their boycott is actually reverse racism. Wonder what would happen if someone like Mel Gibson boycotted the BET awards due to no white actors being honored or nominated. He would be accused of race baiting, yet this is somehow acceptable because they're black. It's like the show Grace and Frankie when the son said, "If you were screwing a woman for the last twenty years, there would be blood but we can't even be upset with you for cheating because you're GAY!"
Blacks don't complain when the NBA and NFL are mostly black. What's up with that?
