Two men from Afghanistan being trained by the U.S. military have disappeared from an Air Force base in Georgia and were being sought by federal authorities, officials said on Tuesday.
The two Afghan air force students failed to show up for duty on Monday at their regular maintenance training at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta, Georgia, an Air Force spokesman said in a statement.
The two men have been at the base since February, and were screened prior to their arrival in the United States more than a year ago, he said.
The students do not pose any apparent threat, the spokesman added.
The reason the men might have left the base was not known.
Federal agencies were trying to locate the individuals and return them to the proper authorities, the spokesman said.

Actually this will probably result in the opposite. They probably were out and about in town and some ole Georgia boys come across them.
The US cannot be sure any of the muslim trainees don’t or won’t in the future have jihad in their hearts. They are not encouraged by their doctrines to keep faith with infidels.
Anyone who considers themselves civilized wants a US free of these ideologues whose doctrines are demeaning to women, hateful to Jews, and violate our values and human rights in general.

There is also 45 pounds of C-4 missing from this base that they arn't talking about. My son is on that base and it is supposed to be hush hush on this missing explosive. I wonder where it will turn up?

They don't know where they went, what they are doing, or their motives for disappearing FROM A MILITARY BASE ---you know, where they keep weapons and ammo and such??. What they DO know is they "do not pose any apparent threat".

Worse, they expect thinking Americans to say, "well, if you say so, it must be true. We don't need to worry one little bit. They're probably just looking for a local church to attend."
