In some of these counties there have been forceful runs on gigantic factory farms, sweeping changes to zoning, etc. Same sort of thing we saw in Salisbury a while back. Were they practicing here before claiming more of the shore?
The GSC was created to assist with economic development through wisdom. It is now becoming a political powerhouse strictly for special interests.

If this Dunn clown and the rest of them had brains they would be embarrassed to be a part of this group. Salisbury is not anything to be proud of. Quite the contrary. The crime and blight is spreading like an infectious disease. It has become The Crotch of the Eastern Shore. Little Baltimore because the powers that be are fools. Yes of course there are very very small pockets of niceness but the overall city is gross. Crime, properties falling down, thugs hanging out in the street, trash all over, pot holes, vacant buildings both residential and commercial. It's gotten to the point where anyone should be embarrassed to say they live in Salisbury. It looks just like the Curtis Bay/Brooklyn sections of Baltimore city and no one ever admits to living or being from those areas. The city politicians look like a bunch of goofs smiling like they do. You know someone has low standards to be proud of being elected to such a place as The Crotch of the Eastern Shore.
Anything Mike Dunn is involved in is a self interest for personal benefit .

So the person who left the first comment " crotch of the Eastern Shore" do you do anything constructive to help our county out or just complain about all the bad things that happen around here? This is the problem with our county, quick to blame but offer no help to fix the problem. If this guy is so bad, why dont you people run and try to make it better... start a hashtag, that gets people involved (sarcasm)

I am an elected official and I can assure you I will never participate in anything they do. I can assure you I will never attend another GSC meeting as long as Mike Dumb and Mat Tilghman are involved! I challenge all my colleagues to do the same. Will you!
The GSC is in cahoots with the realtor/landlord gang. They have no real plans to improve Salisbury for everyone, only for their own profit, thinking that they can tell the public that a high tide raises all boats. The principal applies to sewers, too, but what you usually have left is an overflowing sewer if you don't attend to the source of contamination.
Da Bury's "House of Lords" has become a laughingstock, and this seals the deal.

If you remember that picture Joe posted, it's of those 2 crooks that Homo Mike was trying to give them the PILOT to build that residential development twice the size of Delmar on the Old Mall property.

I'm with you my Friend. I won't be attending. I couldn't eat a meal in the same room with that creep.
A girl I hooked up with told me that her and her ex husband used to go to Swinger Conventions and Mike and his wife were always there. They used to go out of town thinking no one would see them. They were obviously wrong. Mikey enjoyed watching since he couldn't perform.
