Police officers from neighboring jurisdictions have begun staging in Baltimore in preparation for unrest that local commanders hope never materializes.
On Tuesday afternoon, Anne Arundel County Police officers were photographed staging in Druid Hill Park with an armored vehicle, helmets and shields by local photographer Devin Allen, who was made famous after one of his images from April's unrest landed on the cover of Time magazine. Allen posted his images on Twitter, where he has about 12,500 followers — including many journalists. A Baltimore Sun reporter who responded to the park also observed dozens of officers and protective gear, though the officers were no longer wearing the gear.
T.J. Smith, the Baltimore Police Department's chief spokesman, confirmed the presence of outside law enforcement personnel in the city but said the images were "not the visual that we want to portray."

Breaking!!!! Jury's deadlocked. Judge sends them back
some of them actually think this cop is guilty
any convictions or acquittals would stand hung charges could be retried
unconfired hung on 1 charge
court spokeswoman not releasing how they are split
can retry drop charges or offer a plea
Not guilty for all is the answer to this POS thugs death
Time to get some free TVs And have a merry ghetto Christmas
my guess is not guilty on manslaughter and not guilty on assault 2. if guilty on those it would fall into place that he would also be guilty of misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.
No matter what the verdict the thugs will riot, loot and burn wherever they can. They want the verdict before Christmas so they can do their shopping and the police will be told to give them room by the mayor.
A judge must send a deadlocked jury back to try again at least once before a mistrial can be declared.
It's impossible to know what a jury will do, but it stands to reason that if they convicted on any of the 2 higher charges then they would convict on the 2 lessor and the jury would not be deadlocked. My guess is not guilty on manslaughter and assault and they are hung on either misconduct or reckless endangerment.
buzz is jurors are headed back in
buzz is judge called jurors in to tell them to wrap up deliberations for today at 530 and continue tomorrow
404 425 my guess is you have no clue.
What are they worried about? They aren't looking for a guilty verdict for the blacks.
They are waiting for the white cops' trial, because either way, they'll loot for "Justice".
White cops guilty, black cops found innocent. It's what they want. Not "Justice".
@5:25, Trust me I "have a clue." It's called an experienced and educated guess based on the available info which included it was one charge (unconfirmed) causing the deadlock.
I'm not going into specifics because it's been spelled out above but keep this in mind-I've forgotten more about the law then you will ever know.
In the run up to the verdict, a theme has been shared and underscored that is appalling: Acquittal means Baltimore residents will embark on a tantrum of violence and crime. This goes to show what kind of residents have been created there. Instead of progressing they are regressing back into uncivilized shells of human beings. It's very hard to see them as human when their own actions are more akin to a pack of rabid dogs on a frenzy. They want to be treated as equals and with respect but it's impossible when they act like they do.

"...Acquittal means Baltimore residents will embark on a tantrum of violence and crime."
Are you kidding? So will a guilty verdict. It's a given.
