Troopers Investigate Hit and Run of Bicyclist, Seaford

Seaford, DE – Justin J. Trice, 26 of Easton, Maryland, turned himself into troopers at Troop 7 this afternoon and was formally charged with Leaving the Scene of a Collision Resulting in Injury, Inattentive Driving-Causing Serious Physical Injury, and Failure to Report a Collision Resulting in Injury. He was arraigned at JP2 and released on his own recognizance.

Melleca Butler is still hospitalized, but his condition has been upgraded to stable.
