Love this stuff... I think it's best suited to (of course) fish or seafood, but also chicken or a Cornish hen. I love the bite of the Tabasco and the flavor of the seasonings blending with the crab. I like to use whole-grain bread for its benefits, but white bread sure tastes good here!

How about a good Oyster dressing recipe? Mom made it and I always loved it, but she left one day, and I don't have a recipe.

Steve, I too would like a tried and true oyster dressing recipe.
My aunt used to make some type of oyster dressing/casserole. I'm not sure what was in the middle with the oysters, but she put crushed Saltines on top and pats of butter before she baked it.
Light on the Old Bay, please!
