That would work but not what pic shows and it is at perfect dog nose height. Don't think for second that LEO has not seen drugs smuggled in this manner before. The FBI sends out a report to all LEO several times a year with newly discovered hiding spot and weapons that might not appear to be weapons.
Anyone who legally owns firearms had better know the laws regarding transporting them.
