KSTU-TV reported that authorities said the incident, which took place outside a Red Lion Hotel early in the morning, could be investigated as a hate crime.
The violence unfolded after Kelly Leeper, who was watching his friend’s truck, noticed a group of black men near the vehicle. Leeper said there was about $50,000 worth of welding equipment in the back, KSTU reported. He went outside with his friend to check on things.
But that’s not what appeared to bother the men. It was the truck’s Confederate flag decal that caught their eye.

Only "potentially" a hate crime...too bad he wasn't packing - the video would have shown self-defense - and the thugs would no longer be wasting oxygen with their sorry existence!

Really, what's to "investigate"? It is a hate crime, pure and simple. No need for big men in suits to make that determination.
They could likewise "investigate" this as a civil rights violation. Not only were the blacks yelling racial slurs and threatening them because of their race, but they were attempting to deny them their first amendment rights. It has been that way for years. When I was in high school I stopped at a stop sign in Pocomoke a this group of black guys came up to my car and then one punched me in the face on Halloween. No problem, I knew who the show off was and guess what, my time did come and I caught him by himself. He didn't say a thing to me and walked away as if nothing happened. Need less to say he got an old fashioned redneck ass whoopin.
Oh yeah that was almost 40 years ago and to JT and those idiot on his page that keep putting Pocomoke down and making it sound like only white people are racist. Bull crap, the blacks have always been racist just like every where in this country.

Yes, ever since SC Governor Nikki Haley and her General Assembly voted to take that Battle Flag off a monument on state grounds which should have never happened. It was almost guaranteed to stay there forever due to an agreement when it was taken off the state house. It took a super majority to take it down out of guilt. Other RINO Governor including our own Larry Hogan started Fkg with everything Confederate and erasing as much as the RINO's could. I can assure you that I will not be voting for Larry Hogan again if he runs for anything. I will vote for the Democrat instead. Yes I am a staunch Republican and you heard me right. The license plates that belong to a heritage group called the Sons of Confederate Veterans were not hurting a thing and Larry Hogan is making the owners turn them in. Proof that Larry Hogan is a RINO and I won't be voting for him. If we are going live under liberal control you might as well save your time and money and vote for the liberal. Larry Hogan I have heard many people say the same thing and you better hope that people forget what you just did.

When I see a someone with an Obama sticker on their car I try to pull up beside them to see what they look like. They are either black people or a white person that looks like Bernie Sanders. Need I say more?
