Leave It To The VA

After two VA employees were accused of manipulating the hiring system to receive unwarranted pay raises, they were demoted and moved to different offices.

Now USA Today reports they could be given even more money because their new positions involved involuntary cross-country moves, making them eligible for relocation reimbursements. The already incensed House Veterans Affairs Committee will be holding a hearing Dec. 9 on problems with employee accountability.

They should have been fired and charged with fraud!

Oh wait - the government and it's employees are immune to all prosecutions at the federal agency level!
