If Joaquin is in Bermuda and moving east, how is it affecting Crisfield? I thought this was a Nor'easter we are experiencing, since the storm came when Joaquin was down in the Bahamas?
I guess if they can blame it on a hurricane, maybe FEMA will pay, but I think this is quite a stretch!
I agree 4:32PM, also if they were monitoring as stated, why didn't they have an earlier alert in place? I'm not accusing, it is just beyond sad to see residents of Crisfield in distress from another storm. In addition, why didn't their City Administrator leap into action???
Never let a disaster go to waste, this chief certainly does know how to use a disaster to make himself look good. He doesn't stop any crime but he tries to make himself look good. I think he would be a good community organizer like Obama. As a police chief he leaves a lot to be desired. I think the good people in Crisfield know when the tide is high and do not need to be told not to drive through it.
