Incident: WCSO Arrests

1. On 8 September 2015 a deputy arrested Sean Christopher Hudson, 30 of Felton, DE,on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Hudson failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing in a Handgun in Vehicle case. Hudson was detained on a bond on $1,000.00.
2. On 8 September 2015 a deputy arrested Tyron L. Tucker, 30 of Salisbury, MD, on two Circuit Court Bench Warrants. The warrant were issued after Tucker violated the terms of his probation in a Handgun in Vehicle case and a CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute case. Tucker was detained on a bond of $50,000.00.
3. On 8 September 2015 a deputy arrested Joseph J. Thomas Jr., 28 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Thomas failed to appear for a Driving Suspended case. Thomas was released on Personal Recognizance.
4. On 8 September 2015 a deputy arrested Julie Ann Grosse, 31 of Pittsville, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Grosse violated the terms of his probation in a CDS Possession case. Grosse was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.

Date of Incident: 8 September 2015
Location: 7000 block of Gumboro Road, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Devin Taevon Lake, 24, Pittsville, MD
Narrative: On 8 September 2015 a deputy arrested Devin Lake following an allegation of an assault. According to the two female complainants in this case, Lake assaulted them during an argument.
Upon arrest, Lake was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Lake in lieu of $40,000.00 bond

Date of Incident: 9 September 2015
Location: 6000 block of Zion Church Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Alexis G. Valverde, 33, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 9 September 2015 a deputy arrested Alexis Valverde following an allegation he began assaulting a female subject in his residence. According to the complainant, Valverde woke her up, punched her in the head and threw her on the floor before taking her cell phone and leaving the residence.
The deputy transported Valverde to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Valverde in the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree
Theft less than $100.00

Location: 7000 block of Gumboro Road, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Shawndell Calvin Milbourne, 30, Pittsville, MD
Narrative: On 9 September 2015 a deputy arrested Shawndell Milbourne following an allegation of an assault. According to the complainant in this case, Milbourne struck him in the rear of his head while wearing a set of brass knuckles, causing a serious laceration.
The deputy transported Milbourne to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Milbourne in the Detention Center in lieu of $50,000.00 bond.

1. On 9 September 2015 a deputy arrested Bailey Nehemiah Heath, 39 of Salisbury, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Heath failed to appear for a DUI case. Bailey was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.
2. On 9 September 2015 a deputy arrested Kasey Thomas Bozman, 31 of Salisbury, MD, on two Circuit Court Bench Warrants. Both were issued after Bozman violated the terms of her probation in two cases, Theft $1,000.00 to $10,000.00 and CDS Possession. Bozman was detained without bond.
