All banks and establishments who have large amounts of money should do the following:
1. issue 12 ga. shot guns to all workers , or AR-15s
2. train them to use these guns
3. each person working should have access to automated locks to eliminate access
4. they should be issued person protection devices such as vests.
5. offer a reward for kills

This should slow down the black establishment on crime.
