I see a predator in that group preying on little boys! He is not a part of that group and he should be thrown out. My son wouldn't be in that group with him.

Sometimes I wonder that myself. Where are all the white kids?
Unless they're at Willards Elementary then Pittsville Middle School, they must mostly be home schooled or in private schools, is all I can figure out. Parkside, WiHi and so on...despite what the "official" numbers are, have got to be well over 90% black. Just about every picture I see of "local schoolchildren" is of black kids.
Just sayin'.
If you know something about somebody in a position that deals with children ,you need to speak up. What is wrong with people ?

I think 2:50 already asked the same thing. We're still trying to figure it out.
Possible explanations:
1) It is a summer program; they're designed to draw kids from families with fewer resources.
2) They are from Prince Street school which has a lot of students from families with fewer resources.
Either way, there should have been a certain proportion of white children, if they still exist in any numbers in public schools anymore. "Fewer resources" is not a synonym for "black".
