14 companies now go by the name of Perdue Agribusiness LLC.
To avoid properly disposing of industrial waste from its planned soybean-to-oil factory, chicken seller Perdue has applied to the Pa. Dept. of Environmental Protection for permission to release large amounts of toxic hexane gas into already illegally over-polluted Pa. air.
Under most circumstances, owners of a limited liability company or "LLC" are not personally liable for the debts and liabilities of the LLC:

Poor Ray. Ray does know that Salmonella has caused food recalls in spinach, lettuce, beef, pork, noodles, corn, and just about any other food we eat even food chicken has never been around! Yet, because of a hatred of Perdue, (not Tyson, Cargill or the others)ONLY PERDUE CHICKEN carries salmonella to your dining table! In addition to that, he wants you to believe that Perdue's primary goal is to take huge tanks of hexane to PA. and just open the valves until they're empty, then going back to get more!

Agree 100% with your comment Steve. I stopped reading Ray's BS on SBYNews long ago about Perdue, but do read comments written by viewers.. Not sure why Ray carries such hatred against Perdue and Jim, but not the poultry industry or the grain industry or CEOs and Presidents of Perdue's competition, in general, Joe you should jsend Ray elsewhere to spew his crap. Delmarva Farmer,Letters to the Editor would be a good starter to bring plenty of attention to his cause..

since when is a private company allowed to adversely impact the environment and rob future generations of the enjoyment of said environment? all for a dollar! One of the greatest sins being perpetuated on the public! wake up fools, giant agribusiness leaves a lot of pollution in it's wake!
