This never made sense to me of they are being incarcerated how can they pay the support they owe?

It makes a lot of sense economically. While they are incarcerated they have a crew from the County Health Department come in and start harvesting their surplus organs for sale. Do you have any idea what a kidney goes for today? And corneas? All of these people have two kidneys, two eyes, two arms, two legs and they only need one so why not let the County make a little extra and donate the profits back for child support. After all, it's for the children!
Does anyone else think the Wicomico County Sheriff's Deputies should be doing paper serving only?
Well its obvious that they were not paying to start off with so why not put them in jail! You have children its your responsibility to take care of them whether your together or not if you did not intend on caring for them keep it in your pants or keep your legs closed ts that easy! And we wonder why our children have issues with relationships and grow up the way they do. So if your a deep Beat parent you deserve to be in jail maybe then you have time to think about what's most important in life the things you want or what your children need!
