Salisbury News: MISSING WARRIOR ALERT **DOVER,DE**

Ceasar Rack was last seen in the BX at Dover AFB Sunday May 31, 2015 around 1700. He hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Anonymous said...: I am not proponent of the 1984 Orewllian realities that we currently see on a daily basis,but all service members really do need to be chipped.Now more than ever their whereabouts are of the utmost importance.Even if they are MIA their whereabouts could be determined,dead or alive.Forget about all of the 666 biblical prophecies and big brother concerns where the military is involved.It would be in their best interests if used strictly under extreme circumstances only.When enlisting they would need to know that this was MANDATORY,not voluntary.The chip would also determine if a military member was still alive.; June 5, 2015 at 9:36 AM
