This is one on the Council looking out for the Tax Payer. As for as the Shorebirds, they have done nothing as for as repairs for 10 years or more. If they want the County to do the up keep then they should pay up. That Stadium as went from being admired through out the League to the slums of the League.
As for as the budget cut Mr Kilmer is correct. Why has builders been getting Grants to subsidize them for impact fees when they charge the home buyer for impact fees. Then they up the price by several thousand dollars.
The Home Buyer should get this subsidy. The Builders should have to pay their "FAIR SHARE".

To 7:07PM Poster - You have missed the point.

Councilman Kilmer - among many of his constituents would like to see the impact fee removed entirely - so that it removes the appearance that the taxpayers are funding the impact fee through the grant program.

I believe that they will eventually have to remove the impact fee altogether - as it is ball and chain anchor for prospective young couples looking to build their new home.
