Todd Dudek's Last Day At The Daily Times Is This Friday After 25 Years: Please Wish Him Well
Well as most of you know, my job has been eliminated at the newspaper and Friday will be my last day. I have enjoyed the run of 25+ years, but looking forward to the future. I want to personally thank all of those who made my job easy, and some of those who made my job harder, I am a better person for it. I want to thank all the police and fire departments for unprecedented access to scenes, the tips that all of you (you know who you are) gave me, and the information that I received that made me the best spot news photographer in Maryland and Delaware year after year. To the schools that I enjoyed shooting all the sports and school events over the years. I will miss the daily grind (not really some days) but I believe that I was always a professional. To all the police officers and darn fire police I pissed off, sorry but I had a job to do also. I will see each and everyone of you on the "Other" side of my life and excited what that will bring! To you folks, Cheers!!!

Your talents have been wasted ever since the progressive peddling scum at gannett and their agenda driven lackeys took over.
I see a growing need for PI(private investigation ) in this area. AS many are crooked and against the law , ethics are a major problem. Let me know if you want to partner in this excellent opportunity .

Todd, you were all ways my favorite press guy I would bump into from time to time. I was that long haired bearded guy shooting news for WBOC back in the late 90's.
I wondered if the axe was coming for you, sorry it did, you were the best that any newspaper could have working for them.

Todd, NOTHING is forever except in Government employment. The "need" lasts for only so long they moves on. I worked for Ditigal Equipment Corporation for a number of years that I anticipated to be there for years. My anticipation was wrong. I now drive a bus.

I had the privilege of going out on a State boat many years ago off Deal Island for the Skipjack race, and Todd was along, too. We had a great time and both got some great pictures.
I really enjoyed it, and have had a great appreciation for Todd and his work. He will be missed, but hopefully he will slide right into some new opportunity (maybe helping Richard Crumbacker-- wouldn't that be cool?)

The PI thing sounds like good the city needs it there is so much cover up and neglect. A good investigation would be the unsolved homicides in Salisbury and missing persons. They have been neglected by all but their families for far too long.
So goes the foundation, so goes the house.
