Found this dog in the area of Pinehurst Elementary school. He has a dog tag that says his name is Sam. The home phone is disconnected and the vet is Listed as Dr. Pappas but the office is not open today. heathertilghman@hotmail.com

A couple came by the playground at pine hurst looking for him while I was there. I didn't get their names but they were in a white F150
Found a dog in Parsonsburg MD once and I posted it here.
The dog was back with his owner the next day.
