Your Tax Dollars Hard At Work

When I had heard that the City wanted an additional $5,000.00 this semester to "market and advertise" the Downtown Trolley, I knew these Idiots would do something stupid with the money.

Creating DRINK COASTERS for the local bars is once again showing favoritism towards all of Jimmy's buddies who own Bars Downtown. Not only do people almost immediately forget what's printed on a coaster, they're providing a limo service that never gets used.

Jimmy, let me give you a little help in this department. Go to Salisbury University and buy an ad in their paper. After all, SU, (should this trolley ever become successful) Students will be your largest volume of customers. You may want to see if you can get on their news program as well and market it to the Students.

If you continue to show favoritism towards your drinking buddies, (like this stupid coaster idea) we're going to call you out. I also don't know who you used as a printer but they did a very crappy job with very cheap ink. Isn't that SU colors? I know for a fact that it's REDSKINS colors. Well, at least it's not all the colors of a rainbow anyway.

As a taxpayer I am appalled that we are being used to bail out Jimbeau's local bar buddies. This is not only a waste but favoritism like this boarders on FRAUD!!

Who the hell actually reads the SU newspaper? What a waste of ad that would be.

I would be happy to personally pay the $5k to promote this service.

Not mine I don't live in Salisbury.

The SU Flyer used to have a no bar ad rule, although that might have changed since I went there.

The trolley needs to stop on Smith street. Some would like a night of crack smoking over a night of drinking.
