Print a copy of the ordinance, call and demand the police stop them or arrest them. They refuse, you sue Monday morning. The City, the contractor, the police, the police officer, the builder and the construction workers involved.
Time was nobody had any work, which is still true today. There are many who have been out of work for seven years and need to catch up. Be careful who you piss off.
Saturday is much needed time and a half for these fathers and providers.
