What dingbats
3:36 Closed Session at 5pm, Regular Session at 6pm.
The public can attend the open meeting that has to occur first and hear the motion to go to closed session. Once the closed session is about to begin, the gallery is cleared, except for those who may be a part of the closed session proceedings.
That is what part of our problem, the TAX payers NEED and should know what is going on with any and all business funded by them
Lemme guess...Jimmy and Jake need advice on getting their pants sued for wrongful arrest by SU students?
Once again, no transparency, another broken promise by Liarton.
Talk to the governor. These closed sessions are mandated by the city charter, issued by the state. The mayor has no power over it, and neither does the council.
