Cop Shoots Man During Stop, But It’s What He Was Seen on Video Doing After That’s Getting Attention
Video emerged this week showing a Montana officer breakdown in tears after fatally shooting an unarmed man high on methamphetamine during a traffic stop.
The footage was posted online following a jury clearing Billings Police Officer Grant Morrison of any wrongdoing in the incident that led to the death of 38-year-old Richard Ramirez.

Shot an unarmed man because he was suspected of a shooting the day before. Assumed he had a gun. Cops have very dangerous jobs. But they train and train for this to not happen. Don't fire until you see the weapon. This poor cop engaged this guy alome with yesterday's reports on his mind and killed him out of fear. I know the Leos won't like it but after watching the tapes and hearing the officers own words, it is the facts. God knows I pray for the officer. He is obviously scared to death.
What I see is yet another cop that is 'unfit for police service'.
This SOB is hunting men, not providing police service.., Morrison shot and killed another man in 2013. He was cleared of any wrongdoing in that case also!
This is what happens when you hire college kids with NO life experience.

After doing some more research on Grant Morrison, this, his second shooting death in as many years and watching the video from his car(a quick google search will find it), I firmly believe this video was a staged event designed to sway opinion (which it obviously did).
It's clear this was the outright murder of a sick unarmed man. The entire incident was provoked by this POS cop. After the traffic stop he didn't even attempt to approach the driver. He went straight to the passenger's side and opened the door. As I said in my above post Grant Morrison is hunting men. He's killed two and there is nothing standing in his way to bag a third or even forth or fifth. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he'd even tried to take some sort of trophy to have mounted.
He has to sit bolt upright in bed many nights with that scene playing over and over in his head. And you say he also killed another prior to this one? Armed or unarmed?
Whatever the both circumstances were, and some choose suicide by cop, and sometimes cops are too much "in fear for their lives" for anyone's own good.
Either way, This is serious enough for this man's choice of careers to be in question.
We don't need this crap every day.

The reason the "jury" let this murderer off is because they were LIED to and deceived during evidential hearings.

Where's the vid from the car right at the scene? Sure are a lot of officers wandering over to see what's happening. How big is Billing's anyway? For those of you stating no weapon of aggressive behavior from what vid are you speaking. Sure isn't this one. I'm going to say it yet again, no contact = no problem. Just fning behave, is that so hard? These boy are jumpy right now and rightfully so. SO JUST GO HOME AT NIGHT.
