The incident occurred Thursday at approximately 10 p.m. as the crew was returning to the station, located at 1411 Cape St. Claire Road, according to a news release. The driver and officer in charge made the decision to back in, and as the vehicle was backed on to the ramp, the driver mistakenly believed he had the bay door lined up in his mirrors.
In fact, the driver had two different bay doors in his mirrors and he backed the trucked into the exterior brick column between the two doors.

That happens in Salisbury all the time. Not to long ago a paid fireman backed into the building at Station 1.
No that doesn't happen. Salisbury's boys do stop at a bump.

It's happened numerous times with the paid Farmin. Want me to start naming names.
Funny thing is the fire trucks and ambulances in Salisbury are always breaking down because the paid men run the Hell out of them.
And that's a Fact Jack!!

if only the volunteers would step up to the plate and do more then get there tax credit fire house mark up you wouldn't need career firemen. as we know, that wont happen.
