That intersection is in Sussex County, not Worcester. Even if it was south of Line Road it would be in Wicomico. Shame they don't have knowledgeable locals making up their stories. Certainly don't have any investigative reporters who can write a story answering who, what, when, where, why, & how but we know news is not the forte of any of the local MSM outlets.
Yeah, I saw that Joe....and thought maybe the maps had changed since I last travelled that road. I've always believed that area, the intersection of Gumboro Rd & East Line Road, was in either Sussex(DE) or Wicomico(MD). Oh well, with the junk being printed nowadays, ANYTHING is possible and probably.
Ok yes the Wicomico and Worcester thing is an issue and the fact that the article references 9:45 pm as the time the accident was cleared but it says it was posted at 9:25. Are they now predicting the future?
Okay, wait. It was a head on, which sort of relegates it to the north/south is it 346? Anyway, depending on mere inches of the point of impact, it would be either Sussex or Wicomico county. Not Worcestershire County!
News rags do this all the time. Puts the article starting at one place such as Salisbury or Wicomico County when in fact it happened in Berlin or Worcester County. However in this case it said Wicomico County in the Heading, but it actually happened in Wicomico County and not Worcester County.

The first mistake is that you put up your article at 3:30 pm and it took them six hours later to get around to theirs.
They reference Worcester County when it was not in Worcester County.

Wicomico not Worcester. Says Wicomico at top and Worcester in the text.
Wicomico county - Worcester county oops
First line says Wicomico County, at the end of the paragraph it says Worcester County.
Should have said Wicomico not Worcester.
Not Worcester.

They apparently can't get straight if it was in Wicomico or Worcester.

That comment needs fixed
The accident that happened on Gumboro Road and East Line Road.
Where is the verb? Incomplete sentence. delete "that".
The second paragraph has an incomplete sentence. "The accident that happened on Gumboro and East Line Road.'

Do I win?
8:06 PM
You did not win. It is Worcester, not a steak sauce
8:06PM
You lose. It's Worcester--not the sauce
8:06

Must be pretty boy Steve Hammond's fault.
I don't watch WBOC because it turned my stomach when ever I did. I don't like feeling ill.
