OMG, I didnt' see or hear about this but looking at that picture of this defenseless animal I'm sick!!!! I had a stray cat show up in my yard that I ended up falling in love with that looked similar to this dog and I couldn't help but to take care of it and now she's so a part of my family!!! This low life David Lowe deserves the same treatment...you get what you give!!! Thanks for posting JOE! Does anyone know what happened to this poor dog?

Although this took place in England our court system is a descendant and mirrors it much.
