Is that all Salisbury pd does? Catch shoplifters? That and terrorize kids? I'm happier seeing map Berlin waste time on rt 50. How about some real policing in the area!

This started to curb shoplifting. Not working very well
Stores call police for theft complaints. Police respond to the complaints. Police arrest, when applicable, the offended. Are they not suppose to respond to the complaint? What would you like them to do 3:43?
How about putting the cops BACK WALKING THE STREETS,
They don't even drive the streets anymore, they all sit at the station working on follow ups. Look at how many patrol cars are in their back lot at any given time. The good officers are beat down and forced out by duncan.
WTF are you talking about? There are not enough officers per shift to have every car in the parking lot running 24/7 on patrol. And yes follow investigations are part of police work. I'm sorry you are blatantly clueless about anything LE related.
