one can easily turn % to suit their purpose. Government does it all the time. I would prefer real numbers for comparison to see if % jives.

4:08 PM who's "he" - i was speaking in general terms, not against anyone in particular. I meant it is easier to say "X number" this period and "X" number last period. Numbers show more creditably to me than just giving percentages.
