Georgia Dad In Hot Car Death Charged With Murder

ATLANTA – A Georgia man whose son died after he was left in a hot car for seven hours has been charged with murder in the toddler's death.

A Cobb County grand jury on Thursday indicted Justin Ross Harris on multiple charges including malice murder, felony murder and cruelty to children. Harris has been in jail since his arrest the day his son died.

Drives me crazy to see people can do this. Look at the photo, the kid looks so happy. To think about my 3 year old and I couldnt even think about doing this. He should be sentenced to sit in extreme heat and die the same way.

Yea your not lieing I smoke weed a lot and still can't nor could ever forget my baby girl in the back seat sleep or not. He did not forget he ment to do that let him rot in jail

He and his wife set this up to collect insurance money. Their story has not fir since day one and they have her on tape asking him if he "said too much" They will fry.

It's the right thing he went to lunch w/friends and left the child in the car that day but turned around according to cameras and got something he removed just not the child, The child never had a chance, neglectfull non loving parents.
