East Street in Delmar.
I remember the days when I took my child to Tiny Tot and would ride down Church Street on the way. The neighborhood was nice with homes kept up and never felt unsafe. Yes, thank you Ireton, Tilghman and Comegy's for destroying our town!
Every crack house in town should be painted just like this one.

I too remember the days that Church Street was a SAFE area! I also remeber getting my license in the early 90's and driving down church street with my windows up and DOORS Locked! I also remember that you need to back up and place ALOT of that blame on W. Paul Martin! That area was the dumps in the EARLY 90's! Tilghman, Ireton have turned a BLIND EYE to it, but they DID NOT CREATE THAT PROBLEM!!!!!

Mayor Martin was raised and lived on the east side for most of his life. If you think he had any part in the decline of Church St you need to produce a few facts or shut your trap.
