Reverend Al Sharpton, speaking to a congregation in Ferguson, Missouri, on Sunday, excoriated police for releasing a video in which someone, who appears to be shooting victim Michael Brown, is seen robbing a convenience store. The person resembling Brown stole a $50 box of cigars.
Sharpton stated:
I have never in all my years seen something as offensive and insulting as a police chief releasing a tape of a young man trying to smear him before we even have his funeral or his burial. First of all, if this is the young man, y’all quit trying to exaggerate. That was shoplifting, not robbery. … Robbery, you break in, stick something up. Shoplifting, you take some cigars. It’s wrong if he did it, but call it what it is.

Sharpton needs to learn how to rob without using a gun.
When you assault someone during a theft it becomes a STRONG ARM ROBBERY, good Al sharpscum.

Robbery is the taking of property by force, which the video shows. Shoplifting is just the stealing of an item. And just for Sharpton, BURGLARY is the act of breaking into somewhere, unless it's occupied in which case it would be either a robbery or a home invasion.
Sharpton is a low rent, ignorant, dumbass. Plus he is a tax cheat, liar, and drug abuser. Need I say more.
Actually it would be 2 separate counts Shoplifting, for stealing the cigars and Battery, for the attack on the shopkeeper when he tried to stop him. Then a third charge for being stupid for walking in the middle of the street with his underpants hanging out after stealing a box of cigars.
