DEPARTMENT OF MARYLAND STATE POLICE CENTREVILLE BARRACK: Departmental Crash

LOCATION: MD RT 291 at River Park Rd, Millington, Kent Co, MD

Narrative:

On the above date and time, Senior Trooper E Bilbrough was operating his unmarked MSP patrol vehicle traveling on W/B MD RT 291 approaching River Park Rd when a 2002 Chevrolet Venture van driven by Donna Squires of Millington failed to yield right of way by turning left from River Park Rd to W/B MD RT 291.

S/Tpr Bilbrough received a minor injury and was transported to Chester River Hospital for observation only. Squires and her juvenile passenger were not hurt. All parties were wearing seatbelts.

Squires was charged on a traffic citation and released from the scene.
