Incident: Child Support Warrants
Date: 7-14 June 2014
Location: Wicomico County, MD
Suspect: 1.Timothy Wayne Sampson, 37, Salisbury, MD
2. Melvin Weldon Hitch Jr., 32, Salisbury, MD
3. Terry Melvin Fisher Jr., 39, Salisbury, MD
4. John James Seward, 42, Parsonsburg, MD
5. Derell Lamont Cottman, 25, Salisbury, MD
Narrative:Between 07 June 2014 and 12 June 2014 deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested the above individuals on Circuit Court Body Attachments that had been issued in connection with Child Support cases.
All subjects were detained on bond in the Detention Center pending an initial appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Hell I will try, them baby daddys ain't paying for their chillidren.
I have a few comments I'd like to make also buuut it might not politically correct.
Wonder if they received a Father's Day card & present?
If god had made sex painful a lot of this could have been avoided.

Also give them a year for every month they miss in child support...once the word goes out the kid population WILL go down.
You can't be telling me that these fine young men from the 'bury are not taking care of their obligations. Next thing you'll be telling me that they don't work, have smart phones and have big shiny rims on their cars.

Notice these are all the same kind of man, useless pieces of crap, that brag about all of their conquests. They need to be real men and take responsibility for what they did.
I'll bet they weren't caught at any job site..

At least if they have to do time they don't have to fear losing their jobs. Thank god for small favors.
