Severe body (bodily) harm? Prove it, Texas. And none of you anecdotal crap, either - show us the science, the real science, not the stuff that Richard Nixon believed.

Death? You might die from the sugar and chocolate if you ate enough. But there there is no lethal dose of marijuana, according to research.

The kid's attorney is going to tear this case up, and the kid can sue for frivolous charges being laid. After that, no other law enforcement officer or DA will make such a dumb mistake.

@2:44 he was using HASH OIL to make the brownies, and it has ALREADY been proven that if you don't know what you are doing making the HASH OIL or you purchased it from someone who used a CHEAP way of making it HASH OIL CAN PRODUCES LESIONS ON THE BRAIN!!!! Those lesions can be CANCEROUS!!!! Point Proven! DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST!!!!!

The problem is that the brownies were made with hash oil not weed therefore the weight of the brownies is calculated as the weight of the drugs and makes it a felony. If he had used weed, no big deal.

No known harm, and he faces 5-99 years? WTF? They are releasing known, and convicted drug kingpins, murderers, sex traffickers, and many other TRUE criminals. The heroin and meth dealers are walking in 3 days... and they want to make an example out of a 19 year old, and some brownies. We are F-ed as a nation.

You can crash the US economy and live in a multimillion dollar house in the Hamptons but this poor kid gets 5-99 years?
