New Evidence Challenges Fault In Rosedale Train Derailment

ROSEDALE, Md. —Nearly a year after the Rosedale train derailment and huge explosion, new evidence has surfaced that challenges who is at fault.

The 11 News I-Team has uncovered new information in connection with that accident and that new evidence challenges the CSX assertion that truck driver John Alban Jr. is completely to blame.

It's what isn't visible in the surveillance video of the CSX freight train truck collision that caught our attention.

A frame by frame examination of the collision reveals that the CSX freight train's safety lights or ditch lights were not on.
