5:45 - that's where it needs to start - add alcohol and tobacco testing - as these cost money which should be better spent on supporting the family...along the original intent of the handout!

Pretty cool. Maybe next year we can have a National Lie Detector test day, where everyone is forced to undergo a lie detector test from their spouse and employer.
