Two teenage girls in southern Maryland bullied an apparently autistic 16-year-old boy into performing sexual acts and crashing through pond ice in episodes they captured on cellphone video, authorities said Wednesday.
The girls, ages 17 and 15, threatened the teen with a knife, kicked him in the groin and dragged him around by his hair, said St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Cara Grumbels. They coerced him into walking on a partially frozen pond and then refused to help him out of the frigid water, she said.
Grumbles said the boy got out himself, but the prank could have turned deadly.

I thank the parent of the younger girl for addressing this with the Sheriff's deputy.
These girls are lucky this autistic boy isn't of the level that would have gone ballistic on them.
I don't condone this, but how can a 17 y/o and a 15 y/o be charged with child pornography???
It is know for a fact that most teenagers in school participate in sexual activities. Does that mean they should be charged with child pornography.
I was born 50 years too early.
Mental illness and disorders are far to prevalent in this world today and to taunt a person with a disability should be a crime in itself regardless of what the action. Give this male enough time and neglect and he will respond and perhaps kill several people for revenge after this event has festered in his mind for a couple of years. Those girls are horrid.
