I once again strongly suggest the Tagg GPS tracker for your dog. Your dog leaves your yard and you get a text on your phone and can track right to where it is. Can't beat that piece of mind.
I had to go with the Pettronxic Roameo after seeing recommendations on this site. We are in an area where cell phone service is hit or miss, esp way out in the woods. Very happy with it. I've since learned a lot of hunters use the Pettronxics device. We take our dog with us to Arlington VA and Middleburg VA also where cell phone service can be nonexistence due to the people not wanting the towers around them.
