The judge in Kansas, who said almost exactly the samething, was a Bush appointee.

Makes you wonder how one person(a judge) can override the will of the people?

Now the homos are getting the Federal Government involved with their sick and twisted lifestyle. The viginia voters had already decided that dont want Gay marriage in the state. These homos will use any means they can to shove their ideas down the throats or Americans. Marriage is between one man and one woman.

My mistake, it was in Kentucky.

In 1973, the American Psychiatric Association declassified homosexuality as a mental disorder. The American Psychological Association Council of Representatives followed in 1975.[3] Thereafter other major mental health organizations followed and it was finally declassified by the World Health Organization in 1990.

Bunch of Whackos! It is still a mental illness, but they have a lot of lobbyist who like that lifestyle of perversion.
