federal Judge telling Virginia what it can do. Hmmmmm. thought the states had rights. oh well guess not.
Honey-bunny judge was appointed by He-who-must-not-be-named in 2011.
The judge in Kansas, who said almost exactly the samething, was a Bush appointee.
Makes you wonder how one person(a judge) can override the will of the people?
