What a miscarriage of justice! He was convicted as a scapegoat for Traven Martin, the teen burglar case!

I'm not so sure about that 10:00. While I did feel the Zimmerman verdict was fair and just, this case didn't have the same facets. Z. was shown to have been clearly assaulted whereas Dunn wasn't. Z. called 911, Dunn didn't turn himself in until the next day. Dunn claimed to have seen what he believed was a gun BUT failed to mention that until a day later. No gun was found. Several of the 9 shots fired were fired into the rear of the vehicle as it was attempting to flee.
I believe this was a case of Dunn not being able to control his anger. He pulled up next to the vehicle with the music blaring, said something to the occupants and they got mouthy with him. This infuriated him more so he pulled out his gun and shot into the vehicle, killing one occupant. I agree with it not being Murder 1, due to the premeditation required but I agree with the other guilty verdicts in this particular case.

649 why bother? 10 obviously doesn't care about the facts. All he sees is "white man locked up for shooting black kid" and he thinks somehow the world is out to get him
