we are now delaying school for rain and wind.... whats next... delaying school due to lack of clouds to cast shadows on the playground?
Laurel, Seaford and Georgetwon schools are all closed. The northern and western outlying areas of Delmar School District experienced snow for a longer period of time, therefore there are still some icy roads that need to be cleaned up. Thanks for your concern for the Delmar students though, we appreciate it.

Delmar district ends at Whitesville road...I saw nothing but rain.
I thought Delmar School District ended at Bacon Switch. On the western side, it ends at Arvey or something. No snow in those areas either?

Yes that's DelMarVa for you. Well, mostly Del and Mar, I don't know if the Va's would want to be included in this whiny lot.
