The Maryland Health Exchange was set up as a tool to help with Obamacare. Every aspect of Obamacare has been a failure.The implementation of Obamacare alone is going to be over 1 Billion. There are 317 million people living in the USA. That's enough to give each man, woman, and child 3 million bucks each.
This should come out of the contractor's penalties for non-performance. But of course it won't.
Maryland should have tossed back into Oblama's lap. After all, it's his plan. But, Marty's his suckup...
