Nabb Gallery Presents 'Delmarvans At War' Exhibit January 27-May 26

SALISBURY, MD---Both Union and Confederate supporters impacted families throughout the Delmarva Peninsula and further into the tri-state area in the 1860s.

Salisbury University’s Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Civil War with the exhibit “Delmarvans at War.” The installation is on display in the center’s gallery, 190 Power Street, from January 27-May 16.

Through photographs, maps, diaries, correspondence and other seldom-seen documents, the exhibit features the people of Delmarva on both the home front and the battlefield.

Gallery hours are 1-4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Sponsored by the Nabb Research Center, admission is free and the public is invited.
