* WINDS: NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 TO 45 MPH THIS EVENING. THESE WINDS COMBINED WITH THE BLOWING SNOW MAY CREATE NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AT TIMES THIS EVENING.
* TEMPS & WIND CHILL: TEMPS WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING THIS AFTERNOON. THEN FALL INTO THE LOW TEENS BY EARLY WED MORNING. THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND COLD TEMPS WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL VALUES AROUND 20 DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON TO NEAR ZERO BY WED MORNING.

THE COMBINATION OF SNOW & GUSTY WINDS WILL PRODUCE BLOWING SNOW THAT WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO BELOW ONE MILE AT TIMES. TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL BECOME DANGEROUS THIS EVENING.
