This is why hospitals a laying off employees. Now doctors are also being laid off.
Some day this pos is going to get old and I hope he has nothing and has to depend on Medicare and they just keep cutting it and cutting it so he doesn't have health care either. Of course it will never happen to him but things, one of these days, are going to turn around and bite him where it's really going to hurt - couldn't be soon enough.
How can he appropriate billions of dollars from one program to another when all spending bills come from the House?
