Somerset County Sheriff's Office Press Release 11-9-13

Clinton Melvin Johnson of Princess Anne, arrested 10-22-13 for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving without a license, driving on a revoked license, turning off headlights to avoid identification, and failing to stop at a stop sign. Johnson was released on citations pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies in the area of Ocean Highway, and Sam Barnes Rd.

Justin Michael Bull of Princess Anne, arrested 10-30-13 for underage possession of alcohol, and minor in possession of tobacco products. Bull was released on citation pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop in the area of Costen Rd.

Jerome Copes of Princess Anne, arrested 10-31-13 for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to drive right of center, and driver failing to use appropriate signals as required. Copes was released on citations pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop with Copes in the area of Somerset Ave, Princess Anne where deputies saw Copes weaving in and out of traffic while riding a bicycle, and later colliding with a curb ending up in a bush.

Almami Ibraham Cyllah of Laurel Maryland, arrested 10-31-13 on a warrant regarding escape. Cyllah was held without bond.

DeShaun Quincey Burke of Princess Anne, arrested 10-31-13 for warrants regarding 2nd degree assault, and reckless endangerment. Burke was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

Richard alee Sparks of Eden, arrested 10-31-13 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Sparks was held on a $1,000 bond.

Emanuel Wise of Princess Anne, criminal summons served for littering/illegal dumping. Wise was released n signature pending court actions.

Rashan Vontress Lane Sr. of Crisfield, arrested 11-4-13 on a warrant for violation of probation. Lane was held on a $50,000 bond.

Devon Gary Stevenson of Princess Anne, arrested 11-4-13 for driving on a suspended out of state driver’s license, and a parking violation. Stevenson was released on citations pending court actions.

Latoshia Nicole Bailey of Mephis TN, arrested 11-5-13 for failing to appear in court. Bailey was held on a $110,000 bond.

Breon Vernelle Harris of Princess Anne, arrested 11-5-13 for failing to appear in court. Harris was held on a $500.00 bond.

Timothy John Byrd of Parsonsburg, arrested 11-6-13 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Byrd was held on a $500.00 bond.

Charles Lee Davis of Eden, arrested 11-6-13 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Davis was held on a $500.00 bond.
