Gun confiscations begin in New York, aided by existing firearms registry
In the wake of New York’s latest gun control law, the New York Police Department is now sending out notices to registered gun owners demanding that they give up their firearms, clear proof that gun registration leads to outright confiscations.
The notice provides gun owners, who possess firearms now prohibited under New York’s unconstitutional SAFE Act, the “options” to either surrender their firearms to the police, remove them from the city limits or otherwise render them inoperable.
The NYPD knew exactly who to send the notices to by using a centralized firearms registry which lists the city’s gun owners and what firearms they have in their possession.

Like hell !!!
Sorry for your luck New York. You were stupid enough to elect another Democratic mayor so you get what you deserve. Voters in New York are stupid as ship.
Who "voted" for this? Anybody? Just the 1% politician population? Time for the 99% to trade guns, claim theirs as lost in the creek, and then unite before action is taken by the State. Sounds like it won't be long.
Ammo available across state lines.
I think it's time to fight back. Time for blood shed. Come and get my guns.
They TALK a lot of "or else" crap, but how many cops actually want to go to someone's house to confiscate a weapon, knowing that they may get the bullets before they get the gun? And remember, cops are the first to say "we would never do that"....sure they wouldn't. They think the German war criminals had a good point when they said "we were just following orders".
When they DO start this "confiscation" movement, they better watch their back. Someone's neighbor might decide his friend needs a little help against the Gestapo. Ain't nothing like prancing up to someone's house with about 20 cops, all big and bad and ready to "confiscate", when from behind them, 5 neighbors decimate your ranks with automatic rifle fire....its "game on" then....across the country.
